Buster Keaton: The Boat

Buster Keaton: The Boat
21:47 | 1921

Categories: Classic Movies, Comedy, Shorts

Buster builds a 35-foot family cruiser ("The Damfino") in his basement, but faces a plethora of obstacles to sailing it. First, it's far too big to get out of the house; then it sinks like a stone as soon as it hits the water. But he quickly learns there is always more than one way to launch a vessel. THE BOAT is a Keaton classic, and was his most financially successful "two-reeler" comedy of the era.
